The Assessment Process

 

Getting a DUI/Drug charge is frightening, expensive and life changing.  We understand your concerns.  Our decades of experience have shown that the courts want to solve the problem which is why they recommended the assessment.  Since we are not affiliated with any treatment agency, you can rest assured that any recommendations are in YOUR best interest.  And not everyone needs treatment. But if it is indicated, then we will make the appropriate referral.

What to Expect

 

An assessment is a face to face interview.  Bring copies of all prescriptions and legal documents if you are undergoing an out of state DUI/OWI/DWI assessment.  The process can take varying times so be prepared for at least an hour.

If you miss your appointment a rescheduling fee is assessed. If you miss the second appointment, forfeiture of fee is assumed.
